Deceptive practices; the five-star reviews here are fake. This is a scam company operating from abroad, not the UK. I ordered Christmas lights for over £40, which took ages to arrive, and when they did, they were just a plain string of lights with a European plug, not as advertised. I contacted the company immediately upon arrival, only to be told they sent the correct item and that returning it for a refund would cost more than I paid. Avoid this company at all costs.
This company is a scam. I ordered a doll for my daughter that looked very different from what they advertised. They tried to sell me a beautifully packaged organic handmade doll with a bear, but what I received was a small, cheaply made doll that they are reselling for ten times the original price. It arrived in a plastic bag with no box. The doll's face was bright pink instead of the nice beige shown in their picture. The item was much smaller and flatter than expected. They also misrepresent their refund policy. When I contacted them, the only options were a small discount on my next order or a return at my own expense, which would cost £30 as they are based overseas.
Firstly, this is not a UK-based company as claimed. It's in the US and ships from abroad. They refused to take responsibility for incorrect product information online. I purchased an item advertised as USB rechargeable, but what I received was not rechargeable at all. The only resolution they offered was to return it to the US at my own cost, which would be up to $80, double the price of the product. I'm left with a useless item and out of pocket.
Awful company awful experience apparently you get 5 minutes to cancel an order by 7 minutes it’s to late yet 2 days later still not processed still not shipped no one seem to have any idea what’s going on there totally avoid this company I would say it’s some kind of scam going on here just thankful I used a credit card so I can take action to get my money back
I ordered a 128TB SSD drive from this company; it took three weeks to arrive. When I plugged it into my PC, it didn't work straight out of the box. I'm currently trying to format the drive, hoping it was just set to the wrong format. If the formatting goes well, I will be satisfied with the product, but I'm not pleased at all with how long it took to arrive. The size of the drive is impressive for the price of just £30.
Scammed me out of £70 order a balloon dog was smashed up when arrived. Sent another even though I asked for refund and that arrived smashed AVOID won't give me a refund. When you complain they get other companies to reply saying think you've made a mistake
