Scam return policy - avoid buying from this company. The shoes took a long time to be delivered. I had to chase delivery and when they eventually arrived their sizing was way smaller than the label so not usable. I asked to return them and was sent the following email telling me it would cost me €20 - €80 euros to return them (the shoes cost me £24). This feels like a scam. If you intend to rate lower the link doesn't take you to the trust pilot page as a way to fudge their star rating on here. This is also underhanded. Note they operate with a second company website of uk.bowlift.com and this has a very low 1.7 trust pilot star rating with people warning of the same issues I have encountered. I see that the company reply to negative reviews to offer to rectify but this is also a lie and cover up. Avoid!
No Address, No telephone number. I thought I was ordering some Night Sight Kids Binoculars from a UK company. Turns out it was Canada or maybe The Netherlands! who knows. Didn't get an order acknowledgment for a week & coming from abroad because the tracking involved a plane. Then the package was returned to sender by the courier. I contacted the company to say they were going to arrive too late for my grandsons birthday. They said I could get a full refund so I ordered another pair from a UK company. Another email same day saying they could not stop the ordering process now & was told I would need to pay the return carriage of between £20-£80 as per their 'T's & C's (the gift was only around £50) . I contested this saying I has already been offered a full refund and that the SIM card was not enclosed with the binoculars. They were full of apologies,helpfulness & understanding in their very polite emails of which there was many trying to get me to accept the goods with different discounts all of which meant I would need to spend more money with them. The binoculars were very poor quality 'Chinese tat' at best. I held my ground and received a full refund but ended up paying £14 to return to their Netherlands office.
Youre company delivered to yodel as promised. BUT the yodel delivery driver delivered to wrong address. I have been speaking with yodel since 18 /10/25. Got nowhere. They have emailed this morning 3/11/25 telling me i should contact you regarding the matter. BUT you have done youre part it is yodel that delivered to wrong address
