The quote was very competitive and communication was clear throughout. When snow delayed the survey, Shajid quickly rearranged everything with the estate agent. We were especially impressed to receive the report within seven days instead of the expected 20 working days, followed by a call where everything was explained in simple and detailed terms.

Great Customer Service from Nina and very quick turn around. The surveyor himself was superb, called us right after the survey to brief us and went ahead to add extras to the survey even though it was not part of our initial request. I will definitely be using them again!!!
