Very disappointing service

Very disappointing service. Placed an order and only received one out of two items. I was advised that the items would be shipped out separately so contacted customer services to enquire on a date that I would receive the second item only to be informed it had been delivered in one parcel but the box would not be large enough to fit both items and it is no longer in stock so believe there was insufficient stock. I contacted customer services and it took over a week for them to follow up with the warehouse and did not respond until I pressed them for further information. Tim a customer care advisor was throughly useless and to date I am out of pocket. I am disappointed with the level of customer support I received. I would not recommend this company.
