Excellent customer service

I got a great price on a set of Chef & Sommelier glasses. Delivery was fast, however 2 out of 6 glasses were unfortunately damaged. I was sceptical about having to contact customer services about the damage, but needed have been. The service was excellent and the glasses were replaced quickly, and without drama. Will definitely order from Brand Alley again.
