Review Time
I ordered a woollen coatigan from one of their mango sales. When it arrived I thought the quality wasn’t great so decided to return it. I got an email confirming receipt saying that it would take them almost 4 weeks to review my return and if they were happy with its condition a refund would be processed. I received another email 3 1/2 weeks later saying return had been accepted and refund would be processed soon. After almost 5 weeks I ended up having to phone them to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous!
I really like BrandAlly and I’ve been happy with everything I’ve ordered from them. The products are great quality and the service is good.However, their returns policy really lets them down. If you need to send something back, you have to pay for the return, which feels pretty poor compared to most brands offering free or easy returns nowadays.Overall, nice products — but the return charges make the experience less customer-friendly.
Easy to navigate and wide variety of options. Excellent prices and there's usually an extra discount floating around. Delivery times are always communicated before purchase so you're aware. My go to place for designer or high street items.
