After two weeks still waiting for the update

I have purchased two jeans on the 2nd of November. After two weeks order status is still 'processing'.I don't get it. If I would know how long does it take to order from Brand Alley I would avoid it.

Customer service terrible

I like this shop as you can get quality stuff for much lover price, however the customer service is terrible, not once I had a smooth return/ refund.I want to shop more often there, but the customer service is a big stop for me. Another big issue is out of stock items - you reserve the item and once you pay you get a confirmation that is no longer available - why charge for it then?

Brand Alley was great!

Brand Alley was easy to order from and the item had a great price, the items were delivered three weeks apart (bikini top followed later by the briefs), this did concern me as I worried about the return period expiring, I got in touch and they assured me I could still return the bikini top if it wasn't right. Unfortunately the top was too small, this wasn't the fault of Brand Alley, the Bikini was brand Freya which I always buy and in the same size but for some reason my usual size did not fit? Brand Alley had an easy returns system and I was quickly refunded.
