Upon opening my package, I noticed that some items were damp due to a leak from one product. I reached out to the support system, which promptly escalated my concern to customer service. I received a friendly reply from a representative within hours. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service. I seldom encounter problems with this company.
I contacted customer service to ask about a size and spoke with a wonderful representative who was very helpful. She emailed me the details, which led me to order a pair of motorcycle trousers. They arrived promptly, and I was very pleased with the fit, especially the accuracy of the sizes. Additionally, they were £30 cheaper than the usual price from other sellers. I will definitely use this service again.
It's incredibly frustrating to interact with customer service now since all responses come from a bot. It used to be really good. I paid for next-day delivery at £7.99 because I needed the item urgently, but it ended up taking three days, making it useless. I returned one item because it arrived too late. I've been trying to get a refund for the express delivery and return, but there has been no response at all. This is shocking!
I have to say, the sunglasses I bought didn't meet my quality expectations, so I returned them. HOWEVER, I'm giving the company a solid 5 stars because their team is truly amazing. The response times are impressively quick, and I received my refund right away—especially impressive since I submitted the return request on a Sunday! I would definitely use them again because of their outstanding customer service.
Terrible service & only AI support available. I placed an order with a promised delivery in 4 working days. I attempted to call several times without any response. I also tried the chat feature, which mentioned potential delays. I ordered the item for a 40th celebration on December 19th and was informed it would arrive by December 24th. This order was advertised with misleading delivery timelines to secure the sale, with no intention of fulfilling it in four days. I cannot cancel the order or reach a representative. It's an absolute scam.
