Disappointing. I ordered brown boots and got tan

I ordered brown boots. The photo and wording was brown. I was sent tan. Now no brown available. I have returned for a refund including postage. The box was very bashed. Returned in the same plastic bag sent in. Very good price and reasonable delivery time. Very disappointing.

Returns policy is poor

In todays world a leading company that charges for payment is why people go to amazon with its free returns. Product was way to big and on not impressed by returns policy. Re-ordered from a few returns company in a smaller size. W won't use again!
