Bought a DEA / MARMON RIDE CONTROL engine mount, (for Nissan/ Renault) Absolute garbage, it was completely defective within 6 months. They're offering a return replacement as part of their warranty scheme, no refund. What a joke ripped off do not buy this brand from them.

rockauto is the best place to get parts for a reasonable price. they have a great selection from different manufacturers. anytime i have an issue with my car(s) i just on rockauto get what i need. yeah i have to pay for the shipping but i usually get it when they say i will and if i order early enough i get it a couple days earlier.
sure there isnt a phone number to call or a chat service but any time ive had an issue it was resolved. ive gotten wrong parts before and Ive ordered wrong parts before. any issue is resolved when you follow the instructs on the screen. its straight forward so there is no confusion.
all the auto parts place charge double sometimes triple in my area for what i can get on rockauto with shipping.
if i had to improve what theyre doing i would add a order qc department to help improve their order accuracy. other than that its my absolute favorite place to shop hands down.

Ordered a Walker catalytic converter/exhaust replacement from Rock Auto. For my vehicle, it is a one piece unit that is about 5ft long total. I am dinging Rock Auto on their piss-poor lack of packaging. No box, no nothing. Just wide open with shipping labels STUCK right to the unit, which will not come off, which will also need to burn off and cause potential flare-ups/odors until burned down sufficiently. At least they sealed off the cat opening to prevent honeycomb damage. Overall, buncha schmucks who did this - get a box made!!!

I worked through the RockAuto site to find ABS sensors for my Sprinter van. The site double checked my vehicle down to is trim package. They confirmed the fit to be accurate. After purchasing and waiting to receive them, I found them to physically fit but they were electronically incorrect. NO RETURN on the part even though it was stated to have a return guarantee as well. I threw away the $100 new parts.

absolutely horrible purchased 2 items and paid next day express delivery obviously we're passed that day and still nothing not even a late emai nothing, so i went to track item and ups shows item hasnt been picked up so there is nothing to track, i get the great prices but when i pay for next day delivery at 19.99 yea i expect that delivery, i tried to email and find a way to reach but nothing so i hope this helps

I can say with certainty that they hinder your ability to utilize the lifetime warranty that was included with the purchase of parts. I have sway bar end links, and they have altered the website process, making it impossible to complete a warranty swap.

Frustrating Experience with Part Compatibility

I found the part I needed in the official catalog and searched the part number on a popular platform for alternatives. I discovered several options and selected one, ensuring the part numbers matched. After ordering and installing it the same day, I discovered it was defective. When I sought a refund or exchange, the support team claimed it was my fault for not using their fitment tool, despite the correct part number being listed. Their tool was evidently inaccurate, as it should have been compatible with all models according to the catalog. Because of their faulty fitment tool, they refused to provide a full refund. It's disappointing to deal with a business that won't acknowledge their mistakes.

I have placed numerous orders with the company for various vehicles, and I encountered only one incorrect part, which was my mistake, so I can't comment on the return process. They offer genuine parts at competitive prices and ship quickly. I'm writing this review because I wanted to express my appreciation for their service. Recently, I ordered a brand new starter at a price equal to or lower than local stores (for the same part number), and it arrived within a day. My car is back on the road just a day later! No more trips to stores only to find out they don't have the item in stock as advertised. I'm surprised by the extremely negative feedback from some, but I can see how frustration can arise if you're dealing with a broken vehicle and a mechanic. For those who are knowledgeable and prefer DIY, this service appears to be excellent.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

If it were possible to give less than one star, I would. The website is terrible, and the return process is even worse. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. They make promises about shipping for $35.00 but fail to deliver. I ended up spending nearly $50 on an $8 part, and it still hasn't arrived. They also charge shipping taxes (thanks, Texas!). I attempted to get a refund, but navigating their site isn't worth my time or money. I recommend finding another vendor. This will be the last time I use this service.
