Overall works well and I get a lot of subs. The service is very customizable but it can be easy to mess things up on the admin side if I'm not careful. However, I'm not sure there is a better solution. I do wish the price was a little lower but overall good service.
The service is user-friendly, offers fantastic customer support, and is continuously evolving to meet the needs of its users. Creating and sending emails is straightforward. I'm very pleased with my decision to switch from my former platform.

I prefer Kit significantly over my previous list software. It’s more user-friendly, and the support team is incredibly responsive and helpful compared to the other option. As my audience expands, I still find that managing the list technology consumes too much of my time. Kit has simplified things more than others, but I believe there’s still room for enhancements, especially when dealing with a segmented audience and automation sequences.
Kit has everything I need to power my small, very niche business. While I haven't yet used half of what the platform offers, it's reassuring to know that when I'm ready to add something new to my business or revise my strategy, Kit will help me get there.
Kit has been relatively seamless and easy to use. I do feel that it has helped drive a small amount of income, but I need to scale up my engagement and I hope to do more in 2026. The only reason I don’t leave five stars is because I wish there were a way in the draft format to create The URL of the post so I could insert it in the footer of the message. The few times I’ve tried to do it. It hasn’t worked so that’s one UX improvement I’d hope for.
