They were very prompt in answering questions when I was deciding what to purchase.Delivery was swift and very easy.The product is even better quality than I thought. The seat cushion is fixed and nice firm filling. Back cushion is loose. Very comfortable chair.Half the price of big brand equivalent such as Ercol but just as good quality.

The delivery from Dan was seamless, stress free. We found a great sofa on Ercol website and hunted for one to view. We found 2 at Brenthams. We rang to check they had them. Andy confirmed and he was helpful and informative so we ordered from him. The lead time was 14 weeks. He checked in occasionally and they were delivered by Dan yesterday to our home in Stamford. Perfect from start to finish. Thank you.
