I have bought my second stressless recliner at this wonderfully friendly store in Ealing. Every time I shop there I get first class service and advice. On delivering my recliner the delivery men happily carried a chair, which was being replaced by the recliner, up a flight of stairs to another room.No fuss, just wonderful service. I fully recommend Bentham Furniture
Although I didn’t end up completing my order with Brenthams because the sample didn’t quite match my living room, I still feel compelled to leave a positive review. The customer service, especially from Andy, was absolutely top-notch. He was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision.Brenthams didn’t hesitate to pause my order while a sample was sent out, giving me the space to confirm if the furniture would be a good fit for my space. That kind of flexibility and care is rare and deserves recognition.Even though it wasn’t the right match this time, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brenthams based on the brilliant service alone.

They had the best price anywhere and super friendly service.They kept me informed of exactly where my order was and delivered on time to the minute. I was given an accurate delivery slot and the crew brought the chair up to my office on the 6th floor.They set a new standard in customer care. I recommend them unreservedly.
We received outstanding customer service from Brenthams. From when i first phoned the shop to make enquiries about a specific sofa,to directing us when we were lost on route to the store, they kept me updated regularly while my sofa was being made. Finally, the two excellent men Andy and Jimmy who delivered and installed my sofa couldn't have been more accommodating. In the extreme heat they even removed my old sofa out of the house for me. Brilliant service all round. Thank you.
