I dealt very successfully many years ago with Brentham furniture and this time was no exception. I needed to replace an ageing 3-piece suite so spent several happy hours in the showroom sitting in and measuring all makes of furniture to find a replacement no larger than my original suite. At any point, help and advice was readily available from Andy or Jimmy and indeed their expertise and in-depth knowledge prevented me from making what could have been expensive mistakes. From sizes of furniture to fabric choice, their advice was invaluable. The furniture was delivered in the proposed time frame and installed in my house with great care and consideration. From start to finish the process was everything one could ask for - courtesy, knowledge, and service which puts the customer first. A true delight to do business with this firm.

We purchased a Stressless sofa on line and received very good customer service from Andy. The sofa was then delivered within the time frame given, and fitted by Andy and his assistant with minimum upheaval. They were courteous and helpful and we would have no hesitation with ordering from Brenthams again.

In particular the handling of the delivery was a wonderful experience (I don’t say that often!) Andy came to my house when he saw he had another job in the area, he was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. He helped me move and assemble the finished product.
