From initial ordering with Andy - always being willing to advise and help close a transaction to Dan who delivers and is incredibly helpful in getting the furniture to where its wanted . If only all furniture suppliers cared about their customers as much as Brenthams ! An excellent company to deal with - highly recommended

They are competitive on price, and the customer service is excellent, initiating contact at the beginning of the order process, and throughout delivery The delivery service is also very good with friendly staff, who are happy to take away packaging I will continue to use Brentham Furniture.
Excellent customer service - real people on the phone, the same person in-store following order, made calls to me to update on delivery date (which was a few weeks earlier than expected - bonus!) to home delivery (was one of the people who delivered the chest of drawers to my home!). Excellent personal comms (not template spiel) by phone, email and text to confirm and update delivery times. Both Jimmy and Andy always doing their best, pleasant and kind gentlemen, brought the drawers to the bedroom and took away all the packaging. Recommend - always support a family run business when you can.
This company has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The staff Andy was extremely helpful with advice on fabrics and gave me a great discount. He sorted out the delivery, and Jimmy the delivery man was also very helpful. I would highly recommend this company, and will go to them again for future furniture. Thank you Bev Fisher
