Brinks services are absolutely shocking.

Since February 2026 I’m dealing with this company to deliver a service to me which they got paid to do . They have broken 3 contracts already and a service contract got paid for delivery fees is refusing to refund me my fees have given me 11 scheduled delivery dates and haven’t followed through on any of these dates .

Keep coming up with excuses after excuses I never in my life have dealt with such a service company before that won’t follow through on a service contract that they have gotten paid for.

Two weeks ago the manager of the company Mr D. Bartlett sent me another contract for me to sign and out of good faith I signed it and still nothing.

Please keep away from this company as it shocking the way they treat their customers.

Brinks ATM always has issues with money…

Brinks ATM always has issues with money not being able to withdraw or your card getting STUCK in the machine. My card was stuck in the machine in Tesco and absolutely no one could help me. On the ATM is says to contact them if theres any issues, called them and they said that can't do anything about that etc. So cards are just left there and because of their CONSTANTLY faulty machines, us as customers have to do all the extra work in freezing the card and ordering a new one??Brinks customer service needs a lot of work, the people working for them are really rude and certainly UNHELPFUL.

I have had so many problems with this…

I have had so many problems with this company. About 3 years ago, I was given a promotional offer, that was supposed to be a set price and the fees were to be the same as well. 2 years ago, the fees went up and I had to talk to several Brinks representatives and got nowhere. I had to contact the Better Business Bereau to get the money back for the extra fees. Between last year and this year, I have had to call to get a late fee off my bill. I pay my bills by mail, so I have asked them to send me the bill earlier, so that it will arrive on time. They have the excuse that their automated system cannot send the bill earlier. This time they would not credit me the late fee. I have to use the online system. I told them that they need to do a better job for those who prefer sending the payment in or do not have access to the internet. Do not sign any contracts with Brinks. They will get extra money from you one way or another.

Absolute bullies who condone men verbally abusing vulnerable women

I was verbally abused in the presence of my newborn baby by a Brinks employee. He had parked in a parent and baby space in Tesco in a Brinks van, and I signalled to him to move as it was a parent and baby spaces. When I parked up, he aggressively approached my car and verbally abused me with my newborn baby in the back. It was terrifying. I contacted Brinks and alerted them to this stating I wanted it addressed, and to date, nobody has gotten back to me about it. It shows the type of company they are. I am just sorry I did not get the Gardai involved

Thieves... run away

They are thieves. They just charged me a 25% commission for withdrawing cash from their ATM in Dublin. I hate them. A real rip-off. Let them rot.

Beware Brinks atm

I had the misfortune to use a Brinks machine while holidaying in Westport. When I requested €150 and saw what they wanted to charge for transaction I declined charge and cancelled the transaction. Discovered next day that my account was debited approx £130. Went back to same atm and saw a help desk no. Rang it to hear the message that this number was not recognised! Rang Ulster Bank and was told amount still pending and money would bounce back into my account. When I got home I rang ulster bank again and was told the same thing......maybe delay because it was an international transaction. I have emailed Brinks and of course no reply. It is now 21st and no resolution. Because transaction is pending, I cannot access that amount. I'm in Limbo and probably will be forever. Shame on you Brinks. You may not have taken my money but you have prevented me from getting it. Unfortunate that there is no zero star rating.

Be Aware of these ATM Machines

I am writing to share a terrible experience of using an ATM machine in the Republic of Ireland. When you go to withdraw money in an ATM check the machine doesnt have the name Brinks on it. Firstly you will be charged fees which other ATMs dont charge and secondly I was going to withdraw money yesterday 25/7/24 at one of these machines in a service station. When the screen said I was going go be charged 4.95 e for the withdrawal I cancelled the operation without without withdrawing any money and the machine gave me my card back. I then got a notification from my bank in Spain that 204.95 e was gone from my account. I immediately drove back to the machine wasting my time on holidays and rang the help line number on the side of the machine. I explained and was told that it was processed as a completed transaction not a cancelled one so my Spanish bank would have to reclaim the money. She took my number as I explained how difficult this situation is on holiday and said someone would call me . I am still waiting . I contacted my bank in Spain who says that whatever bank is behind these ATMs hasnt finished processing the transaction and it is showing a date of the 3 rd August 2024 to finish this and until the money is processed they cannot reclaim it. So I am on holiday without the money and it is in limbo thanks to brinks.ie ATM and their useless customer service teamMoral of the story - the next time you are in the Republic of Ireland and are about to use an ATM check for the name Brinks.com or Brinks.ie and use a different machine or you will loose your money forever
