I sure wish I had found and reviewed this website first. I ordered two pairs on Dec. 9, 2024 as Christmas gifts. One pair arrived Jan. 17, 2025. Since then I have tried to get the second pair sent to no avail. I have been offered $3 and "best" $7 which I don't want as the socks are pretty good. I would just like for them to send my what I bought. The second pair of socks. This company is fraudulent. Stay away from them.
I ordered 7 pair 139.93 dec. 8th tracked them it took a month to arrive in the U.S. them 13 days to make it to the post office in my home town but never made it to my address of 24 years, post office has no record of the package and when I emailed the company they told me that they would phone call me but wanted to charge me for the call and all I had to do is give them my credit card # ,... scam buyer beware
Hello, Here is what I went thru as well for these cute Cashmeir socks 2 pairs, I received the first pair in 2 months after Christmas. So the second pair is where the scam comes in, they gave me the 17 world wide shipping tracking number that you can not get too, Then after several emails to the support email they said they were all vacation, only 7 people working in January. hmmm then I get a email stating that the second pkg is in the country at customs 4 days later it says its on its way, several weeks go by and then in Feb 2025 it says it was delivered, not to my house and the tracking number was not a USPS after 20 emails to them they gave me a tracking number from USPS and yes it did show it was delivered but I had to go to the post office to see where it was delivered to in my city. I was given the full print out of the start to finish of this tracking number they gave me and it did not start near the customs office but an address in Illinois. The post office warned me about China scams to avoid Tariffs and scams that they find tracking numbers that are going near your city of residence and sending this tracking number to you to think it was the post office mistake. Its A scam and the USPS tracking number was a Priority mail from Illinois and they said that's another red flag they have been seeing lately. The socks are very well made but from the looks of it you may get one pair and will definitely wait 2 months to get it and good luck on the other pairs, My order was for 1 pair for each transaction and I used two different CC for the order as I was not sure about the possible scam that might be coming my way. Customer support is not in any way concerned about any of us coming back to them as they should of sent another pair immediately when I was telling them they were not delivered to my address by the USPS and that label they created should have my name and address on it, They tried to make a label to shut me up and kept telling me it was delivered and keep looking around my porch. They are playing games, It's more of a personal grievance I have with them now, not about the money, and that's another strange thing my bank statement got the two charges and neither of them match the receipt from them and the company name is not the same, They charged $10 dollars more for one pair and the other pair was suppose to be $6 dollars less and it was full price. The only way to stop these guys is to not buy from them, they are not legit, but whomever makes the products are its Briskrhythm is the scammers. Frauding the USPS is a Federal offense, The credit card company will get you your money back but will not go after these guys, so that does not help stopping these scammers. BUYERS BEWARE SCAMMERS...
I wouldnt even give this a 1 star review. Same as everyone below, received my pants, terrible quality and sizing is compeltely off. The second pair of pants weren't even pants it was a jumpsuit and even though my receipt clearly shows two pairs of pants they said according to the QR code on the packaging they sent the right items. Offered me $5 compensation on a $80 order and then told me they are such nice quality to gift to someone that might fit in them. When I pushed they said I could return but it was very expensive to do so and wouldn't be worth the trouble, that I was better off just gifting or keeping the items even though they don't fit & had th order wrong because they had it right on their end and then offered $6 compensation for my troubles and to keep the "nice" pants. I nearly lost it. Definitely fighting this charge with my cc company. Wish you could leave a review on their fb or website but surprise there is no place to do so which is why I am here. AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT PURCHASE & HORRIBLE QUALITY
