I wish I could give zero stars. This company falsifies their products. I ordered the effortless Taylor’s wide leg pants. They are not high quality fabric as stated. They are polyester. They r also not stretchy as they state in the add. They r garbage. Don’t waste your money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. the material is the cheapest thing I have ever bought. The order took a month to get here and shipped from another country. I asked where to send to return and they don't accept returns, they tried to offer me $5 for compensation after going back and forth for a week with their support email box. SAVE YOUR MONEY this site sucks!
Do not purchase from this company. Their quality is very bad. Not at all what is shown on the website. White is very sheer. Fabric is ver shiny. I am a professional and can not wear these pants. The return policy is bad they do not support their quality. They are not in North America. They are in China. This is all a facade. DON’T BUY FROM THEM.
I had the same experience as everyone else (short, small pants and they won’t refund because they’re saying they sent the right ones and they they receive wonderful reviews on their pants, etc) but I did check for reviews in advance of ordering in Feb and this thread only goes back to March. Looks like a new scam. Hopefully others check first. I filed a charge back through my visa after trying to return many times and getting the same message. You can prove that they’re not the length that Briskrythm says they’re going to be on the sizing chart. So that’s an option. Hopefully the cc companies will shut them down.
I am kicking myself for not looking at reviews before I ordered these trousers. They are extremely poor quality and if I was 4 feet tall would be the perfect length!!! I have asked for details to return but reckon I’ve just thrown away £35. Stay well clear of this company.
I wish I could give zero stars. What a terrible company! The fabric of the pants is cheap. I ordered my correct size and the pants literally were 5 inches above my ankle. The shipping was so slow, more than 30 days! Contacted the company for a return and they said ABSOLUTLEY NOT! Stay Away!
I should have read these reviews before purchasing these trousers! This company is definitely one to avoid! My trousers arrived today. They are too small, although my correct size was ordered. They are too short, ending above my ankle. They are of poor quality both fabric and manufacture. I have emailed for advice regarding return and refund but will not hold my breath!
Scam alert! I wish I had seen the other reviews before I bought a 50$ pair on pants! What I received is totally different than what I thought I was buying. I chose à beige trouser size M long because I’m 5’10’’. What I received is shocking: the quality is simply disgusting. I could never wear something like that in public. It is not worth more than 5$.
