I have been dealing with Bristol Residential for over 5 years, from advice on buying suitable properties to the full rental package they have been excellent. Their services cover all aspects of rental from tenant vetting to regular inspections and financial reports. I am a non resident landlord and BR give me peace of mind, the fact that their business is solely lettings means their advice is from an independent perspective.. Their staff are knowledgeable and helpful, I would like to give particular reference to Andy Peters and Amy Garrod and thank them for their excellent service.
Very happy with the service from Bristol Residential Letting over the years. I've been a long-standing client and know my property is in great hands with them. They find tenants quickly and do the vetting etc with great efficiency. My property is well looked after and my tenants are always happy. This lettings company are the best! They look after our property and our tenants in exemplary manner which means our tenants stay with us. But, should they decided to move out, I am certain new tenants will be found in super quick time so we aren't without rental income. Our property manager, Gemma, always responds to any emails I send her almost immediately and is really fast at solving any problems that may arise.Highly recommended in fact, I recommended them to our son and he is more than happy with their service, too.
