As a Tennant I had a problem with a garage break-in. As I was away from the property at the time, Bristol Res Letting Co sorted out the issue immediately and helped secure the garage. A special shout out to Emma who went above and beyond, meeting with contractors out of hours to ensure my car was accessible. Very grateful and can only say positive things about this company.
What made my experience great and what the company doing well, is that they are listening if we have any problems and they are not there just to take our money. Plus the communication is great. Im working in retail, and I know very well what is mean costumer service and costumer experience. The service is easy anyone can give but experience is a (gift) so here I have to say specialy Stephanie she is great 👍🏻 👌🏽 🫶🏽
