I aimed to replace my back door and reached out to this service. They seemed local and offered competitive prices, so I decided to move forward. On installation day, they promised to arrive between 9am and 10am, but I had to call them as they didn't show up until 3pm. They installed the door, but the glass was not fitted correctly, and they left without cleaning the area. They were meant to return on Monday for the glass installation but failed to appear. When I contacted them, they explained that the glass needed to be manufactured elsewhere and would arrive on Wednesday, with installation planned for Thursday. Once again, nobody came, and I received no updates despite leaving several messages. The door quality is quite poor, and I still don’t have the glass installed. The only positive aspect is that I haven't paid the full amount yet.
