If I could rate lower than one star, I would. This is a warning—avoid this service. We found it impossible to make a payment, and later discovered that a previous owner of our car was charged despite living abroad for years. This raises serious concerns about their handling of personal data.

Extremely frustrating experience

The payment machine only allowed transactions until 8 PM, and the app had the same limitation, even though we intended to stay longer. We received a fine for exceeding 8 PM. I was advised by their staff that if you want to stay past 8 PM, you must leave and return to purchase another ticket. Does any other company operate like this? It's absurd!
