Review Time
So I have been taking the pure collegen for over a year now. Well let me tell you their products WORK!. I started this journey with wrinkles under my eyes and tired looking skin and 12 months later nobody believes I'm 50 next year hahaha. My nails have grown and are stronger like never before. I'm over the moon that I never have to put fake nails on! My skin has a natural glow and I just feel better in general. Rome was not built in a day and I think with all supplements you need to give it time. Great products and would absolutely highly recommend.
On the check out page I was asked to tip their staff with varying amounts indicated to tick the box. I have never been asked before to tip a companies staff when ordering a product. I will not be ordering from this company UpdateBritish Supplements thank you for your reply but I fail to see how the 'Add Tip' section can be misunderstood when you clearly say 'show your support for the team at British Supplements' and ask the customer to donate 5%, 10%, 30%, add own amount or none at all. I will be leaving my review as it is until your technical team has rectified the wording.
Bought Vitamin D and Magnesium and didn't feel a difference at all and the website has too much noise about how they're better than everyone else but make it so difficult to find the actual contents of what's in each tablet. I was wondering whether it was just me not reacting right to the supplement since the website has 'so many amazing reviews', but came to trust pilot and seen that many other people also didn't feel the supplements were effective and had bad experiences.The replies from British Supplements has completely put me off buying anything further at all. The energy and name calling you've given back to people is horrible. As a business who prides yourself in providing 'pure supplements' - your attitude sure isn't it. And i'm a strong believer in the attitude you put in, shows in the work you produce. With that attitude I can make sense of why the supplements aren't effective either. The prices sure aren't worth it either.
I’ve been using British products for over two years now and they’ve always been excellent. The quality is consistently high and I’ve never had any issues with the products themselves. My only small gripe is the packaging — after a few uses, the glue tends to lose its stickiness, so I end up folding it over to keep it closed. Other than that, everything else has been brilliant and I’ll definitely keep buying from them!
I've been a customer for over a year and very satisfied with the supplements, the ordering process and the speed of delivery. When a recent delivery went missing, I contacted BS and they immediately sent out a replacement at no extra cost to me. That's top customer service in my book !
