EDIT: Called in 3 times. Told them what deal I wanted on their site, still asked the same process questions over and over with littel variances. One lady on the phone asked "who will I be calling?"... What kind of intrusive question is that to ask?After going through the questions they gave me "recommended deals" that were obviously more expensive than the deal I wanted. I told them no, and they say the deal I want is not available.I was then able to get the deal I wanted with a little troubleshooting from the responder of this review. Although my situation was resolved, I still believe the outsourced call centre they use is terrible. Be aware of overly-scripted salespeople and make sure you know the exact deal you want.
The description of the process lacks some important details that buried inside "How it works" or something, a bit misleading as nobody reads that.The automatic tracking didn't work so I had to contact the team to check that my order had been recorded.The voucher eventually turned up.
