The description of the process lacks some important details that buried inside "How it works" or something, a bit misleading as nobody reads that.The automatic tracking didn't work so I had to contact the team to check that my order had been recorded.The voucher eventually turned up.
offers sky Broad band package of £24 online with sky and optional £13.50 for any time calls on the site. Clicked on the package and the £13.50 anytime calls was £17 - total con. They even tried to charge me extra for the broadband than was stated. Phoned Broad band genie but waste of time -they need investigated for false advertising.
Could not speak to a human person, we are elderly and can't remember password,forgot the mobile number on account ,5 hours it took to get something sorted,trying to contact ceo of talk talk, tried number again and got talking to alwin he is sending anew lead, this is not what I would call good customer service,could you send out by post,a reference number for me to use in future, if I have problems again,I am not a engineer, I do not understand the way these things wor k,my niece had to give up the best part of her day to help us ,there should be a number helpline for the elderly
I had forgotten I even signed up to BT via Broadband Genie. When I got the email saying my voucher was ready I almost dismissed it as spam... but it looked so genuine. A few minutes later I had a £100 Tesco voucher in my virtual wallet. Could not be happier!
