Review Time
I pay for a subscription for my elderly mother. The payment comes from my account and therefore the subscription is with me. She no longer wants to have this service and it is now out of contract. I called to cancel and was told it would not be possible because both my mother and I would have to be on the call at the same time. She lives 450 miles away. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that was not possible several times being told that there weren’t any managers or anyone to speak to and that essentially we couldn’t cancel the subscription. I have blocked the payment at the bank and am writing to the company. It is outrageous that something that I pay for (and therefore legally have the contact) I am unable to cancel.
Worst customer service ever. There is no human being you can speak with over the phone with Sky. They will route you to their Bot and they will not really process your requests. They will ask you to fill out bunch of paperworks and they will delay the request. Everytime you end conversation with their chat support, they ask you to fill out the survey, I always gave them 5 but Iregret doing that. None of my concerns were handled well. I was just always led to delay the resolution and now, my concern is pending for weeks. I am angry and no one is reachable in their team to process my request. No one picks up the phone. No one even the Bot answers the chat. We tried reaching them in numerous channels. I had my friends do it for me and no body catters the concern we wanted to be resolved. Its the worst provider for 2025. Please rate them 1 star when you get surveyed. Nothing gets done even if you give them 5 star.
I signed up for a broadband deal with Three. There were some problems with the implementation of the offer but it was sorted out quickly and efficiently by Chris Said from Broadband Genie. It was a super offer and I am really pleased. I received my gift voucher today as promised. Top Marks!
