Consumer rights, do not seem to mean much, and whilst I am sure they are a decent business, does not detract they they tried to get out of refunding me immediately, which my team of solicitors were totally shocked with, as we order so many of these fans from other suppliers

Incredibly helpful in sorting my order ; my item was out of stock with the supplier , so they made phone calls to help find an item in stock that fitted the bill and could be shipped to me ASAP. Heater arrived within 2days and is perfect for our needs.
