Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered a jumper for my boyfriend and it was too large so I opted for an exchange. They received my original parcel on the 20th of December, but then I received no further contact until I messaged them on instagram. The communication was not ideal, reading my messages but not responding, and it wasn’t until today on the 12th of January that they let me know the jumper i had requested is now out of stock. I am absolutely shocked and will not be shopping with them again.
This has been an awful experience! Purchased a jumper months ago, was massive so opted for a replacement! Two months later, no refund, no response to emails and no item! Today (three months later) got an email to say item not available we have sent a refund, but they’ve had the cheek to keep the postage cost! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with and will not use again!!
