I am still waiting on my parcel ordered…

I am still waiting on my parcel ordered on the 20th of November and it feels now customer support is ignoring me after me sending emails to find out where my parcel is. I also placed a second order in the 29th of November and have still not received that yet. Not impressed by the service

Great item, slow delivery

Item is great quality and looks great, however I didn’t receive any delivery information for a while. It was only after I chased it up did I start getting updates. It was a shame because I ordered to take on holiday and ordered it over a week before.

originally sent incorrect item, but as soon as i let them know they sent out a new one and have said to dispose of the other by upcycling. really fast response and great quality clothing
