Just as bad as the big guys - keep looking

Sad to note this, but a year and a half in, and they're now just like every other hopeless telco (that I then switched FROM in - now naive- hope); Currently down and out for a WHOLE DAY (I run my business online- so no business today); For the whole day, NO updates; Meanwhile the Brsk Network status page declares : " everything is running smoothly! " (??!!) So I attempt to contact customer support to find out what is actually going on / when there might be a resolution; Then faced with a RIDICULOUS IVR maze that *defeats* any attempt at making contact with an actual person (worse than BT!!) - after several attempts / gaming the prompts I get connected .. And THEN, of course I'm talking to a gentleman with a marked south asian accent- this poor sap has *no idea* what is going on (pointless to argue with him / I hang up) - so just like all the big telcos Brsk have obviously offloaded customer services to the cheapest outsourced resource rather than providing an actual connected/ concerned/ knowledgeable customer service that might have local information on what is happening.I'm now counting down the days to my contract expiry so I can switch..UPDATE: (less than 24 hours later!) - They've now sent an ALERT that they've been *hacked* (marvellous), and then seeking to assure me that there is no need for concern since the breach only exposed data 'limited to' : "name, surname, email address, contact number and physical address" - so just all the things enabling identity theft - thank you so much Brsk.. While all of the above is harshly critical, I will say their subsequent response has been better than most - offering access to free "personal, financial and credit monitoring services", from Experian- that's not a bad response, but I'd rather NOT be worrying about WHO has my personal data now (and that Brsk did their actual job better in the first place).. Given these issues in combination I've changed my rating to one star (the original installation *was* great!)- it looks to me that this company has acquired a customer base it can't actually support

Came on time!

Came on time!! But was not reported for 2 hours! A fter called them was told they " call me" but i had too chase ! Id already reported issues with broadband they wouldn't come but now it's been sorted it's lot faster ! Thank you for quick repairs
