Review Time
Had my brsk install today. Two guys (nathan R and Kosten S came and were super friendly and kept me informed with estimate time to arrive and even managed to come eariler then expected too (which suited me perfectly!)The install went much quicker then I expected as well. I expected it to take several hours like it did when hyperoptic installed few years ago but it was prob only about hour or so?I was asked where I wanted the ONT install and made sure I was happy where it was going to be etc and they put it in perfectly exactly where expected and very tidy and neatly! (i had an mostly unused little cupboard where I have ethernet cables running between my mesh routers, so thought be perfect as I have two spare sockets in the cupboard and I eventually plan to use my own mesh routers eventually anyway) They also cleaned up after themselves and cleaned/vaccumed up any dust caused from the drilling! (which again they drilled discreetly it's barely noticeable as it was drilled neat. They also kept the fibre cable neat (no right angle turns or twists/bends etc like hyperoptic did which does effect the quality hence why I was looking to move from them in first place as they refuse to fix the issue as "the Internet works")Brsk Service is already online but obviously I don't expect to be fully stable for a day or so but I'm already reaching similar speed to hyperoptic over WiFi (who im running alongside until my contract ends..then if brsk continues to be impressive I might upgrade to 2gb speeds as I have equipment capable for it)So far I am as impressed as I was expected, and the installers were both very professional.
Lee came he was polite, tidy, helpful. The job I would say was more tricky for him as there was no direct access to the back of the house where he needed to be. Not once did he complain or even look frustrated considering he had to do numerous trips separating his ladders to bring them through the house in bad weather. I am extremely pleased and grateful for the job Lee has done. Would definitely recommend and be happy to have Lee round again to do any other work needed. Very happy customer. I’m hoping the service is as good as the installation which I’m sure it will be.
