I ordered a mixed box that was on promotion in December, but due to the Christmas postal delays, I only got to try them in the new year (not the company's fault). These treats are absolutely delightful, especially the peanut butter flavor, which is my favorite. I still have several flavors to explore. I'm usually not a fan of sweets, but these satisfy my cravings and are much healthier than a regular chocolate bar. I highly recommend this company and these delicious treats.

I just received my orange brownie bars and they are fantastic! The only sugar comes from the dark chocolate, and they’re packed with plants and nuts. They are delicious and contain 7g of protein for a slow energy release. A great price for these healthy, vegan, gluten-free treats!

There was no proper apology or goodwill gesture—only a generic 'human error' message. While mistakes happen, how a company handles them is crucial. In this case, the customer service felt dismissive and careless. The products taste good, but the overall service and packaging were unacceptable. I won’t be ordering again.
