I have used B-Stock's auction platform 7 times already, and each experience has been smooth and efficient. Problems have come up, as they normally do when logistics are involved, but their customer service is top-notch responsive. Overall, B-Stock has built an easy-to-use platform that has made reselling accessible to smaller players like me.
Having been a customer for over 8 years and investing more than $359,000 in inventory, I was shocked by my recent experience. I entered into a direct contract under the impression that there were no back orders, but I soon discovered $15,000 worth of back orders. This unexpected issue caught me off guard, and had I known, I wouldn’t have proceeded with the contract. Although I managed to catch up on payments, the finance department blocked my bidding, suspended my account, and canceled my contract with just a few weeks left. They continued to call, text, and email me, implying that I wouldn’t fulfill my obligations despite my long history of spending. Ultimately, it feels like 8 years of loyalty mean nothing to them; their focus seems to be solely on profit rather than supporting small businesses. This has been a disappointing and frustrating experience.
I experienced an unacceptable delay of over 21 days for a pallet from a nearby warehouse. The support team wouldn't assist until after 14 days of non-receipt. During this time, they held onto my $1400. After 23 days without any delivery or mention of a refund, my order was finally canceled. I had to reach out to my bank for reimbursement. The company continues to send me emails about my order, which feels frustrating. Many customers seem to be facing similar issues. I recommend reading reviews before engaging with this service.
