Today's experience was particularly enjoyable as they allowed me to combine sizes; the top and bottom that fit me well were from different sizes. That was a nice touch. I just placed an order and mistakenly sent it to the wrong address. I’ve been trying to reach out, but I keep getting bounce-backs from the contact email on the site. The website also mentions an online chat feature, but it seems to be nonexistent. Can someone please assist, or how did others manage to get in touch with the service?
I never received an email confirmation for my order of a clock, and there’s no way to reach them since the email provided on the website is undeliverable. It's quite concerning, and there’s no phone number available. I’m contacting my bank to report a potential scam and retrieve my money.
I ordered their slippers which took an eternity to arrive, and I've had them for less than a month now. The quality is shocking considering the price and the claim of being Italian leather. After just two hours of wear, I noticed some tearing. After only two days of use over a week, the entire inner sole is ruined. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality for what I paid.
