Very quick service, from the time the request was accepted, with a call from the office with an estimated time of arrival. Only waited an hour on a Sunday afternoon, which was a good response time. I expected to wait longer.. Rob arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly and fixed the car.
Piotr helped me with a blow out on the M25. He arrived quickly and from start to finish his service was fantastic. He was professional throughout and went above and beyond to help me, not only recovering the vehicle but finding and taking me to a tyre fitter. Would highly recommend, a nice person doing a great job.
Had a vehicle recovered from a very awkward location. Excellent communication throughout and very efficient and professional to deal with in all aspects. Vehicle was recovered in under an hour and delivery was followed up with an email confirmation giving peace of mind. Would firmly recommend and would use again if needed.
This evening I suddenly noticed my car tyres were worn and I needed to change one out immediately. Piotr from BUD rescue just happened to be in the petrol station on a break. Unasked he offered to help with the wheel change and also inflated the spare for me. He even searched for a local tyre fitters. All of this outside of his work and for no expected reward. A credit to the company and a thoroughly nice man. I will certainly be holding on to the company card and would recommend them to all.
Today I had the unfortunate experience of being stranded in my car in a live lane. Piotr attended to rescue me and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and accommodating in his service. His lorry was noticeably clean and tidy and he maintained a consistent exemplary level of customer service from start to finish. He went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and I found him to be very pleasant. Overall, he made, what was a rubbish experience, a bearable one. Thanks so much. A joy to encounter.
Not once, or twice, but three times in the last 6 weeks Bud Rescue had saved me! Once moving an uninsured vehicle and the second two, from flat tyres. The AA wanted to leave me for over 10 hours with two young children. Bud Rescue got to me within 30 mins of receiving the job. Each time the drivers have been extremely polite and helpful as have the ladies that call to advise how long the driver will be. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Bud Rescue, trustworthy, polite and most importantly very quick!
I hardly ever leave online reviews but my experience with Bud Rescue and Recovery was exceptional from start to finish I just had to. Recovering a car from the roadside can be a stressful thing to do at the best of times however Bud recovery were reassuring through out. Everyone I dealt with was exceptional however Emma deserves special thanks - called when she said she'll call and did exactly what she said she'll do - even providing receipts for my employer and insurance. Next time I'll be calling Bud recovery direct before the RAC!
