Info needed

We liked that whenever we rang we got to talk to a person who was helpful and knowledgeable but we would have liked a bit more information about entry requirements, culture/etiquette for the country we are entering, weather and clothing information, money etc. I know that I can find those things myself (and I have) but a little more communication would have been helpful.
