An excellent tour means a very good tour company which Bunnik is in all respects Our tour leader Tina was fabulous and was on top of every little detail. When things went wrong due to hotel problems they were fixed and quicklyI will definitely be travelling with Bunnik again in the very near future
My wife and I did the Scotland Orkney tour. The tour was interesting for us and decided to go with it, Bunniks booking was easy and well supported and that was to be expected from a well known and top of the ranking travel/tour company. The hotels we encountered where not as we expected, however Scotland a country with a lot of history and dating back many hundreds of years, so Australian expectations of hotels may be higher to that you will find in Scotland. We’ve had the unfortunate brake down of our tour bus. The ground company looking after the Bunnik tour was not as we expected and the bus company didn’t do the right thing, we were delayed by 12 hours, the tour director wasn’t up to the task to handle to look after the touring party. When Bunniks found out the distressing situation they stepped up and tried to rectify the problems, and immediately offered the travellers compensation for the lost time. We Finnished the tour in Glasgow and with the assistance of Bunniks it was a great tour and thanks to Julie Customer Support it made it a tour like we expected and paid for
The company were able to accommodate a solo traveller on the dates wanted, for a latish booking for a spontaneous traveller. In addition booked flights to facilitate additional plans, yet within the same budget. I regularly spoke with the same advisor who understood my needs.
We travelled with Bunnik for the first time in April this year. The tour, Northern Italy, Slovenia and Croatia gifted us a range of experiences, way beyond our expectations. The professional expertise of the company and our amazing guide, Sanjin was truly first class. We would highly recommend this tour and Bunnik to anyone who values exceptional small group travel experiences. Hopefully, we will be return customers.
