This will be our third trip with you, the earlier two were excellent. Particularly appreciated was the support received in Vietnam when injury caused early termination. Your locals are great as are the people who book, accommodation, tucker and transport are jolly good
Wayne and I have done many Bunnik tours and have always found the staff particularly helpful and organising extras is never any trouble. We really enjoy the tours as they are very comprehensive and small groups are definitely the way to go.
We have just returned from your Japan discovery tour and it was wonderful. The group we travelled with were all like age and not a bad word amongst us for the entire period. Your guide, Haruko Hayashi was excellent, made the tour stress free, all transitions were seamless and worry free. Whether bus or train, everything flowed (she also taught us 15 minutes early is on time), who knew. Your hotel selection varied from good to better to best and I did not think past criticisms I had read were fair on you. All meals were excellent and abundant and the times of sourcing our own meals gave a chance to experience what else was available. The tour highlights chosen for the tour were just that, extraordinary and emotional, something's my wife and I will never forget, inside a volcano and Hiroshima just to name a few. The transport supplied to us gave us plenty of comfort and space, such as 40 seater coaches for 20 people and comfortable pre booked train travel on both commuter trains and the exceptional bullet train which does not wait for you to sit before it goes ( be quick to sit). This was our first group tour and we were concerned it would not suit us but it did and we are happy customers. If you would accept one logistical suggestion; I would recommend that all popular sites be locked in for morning tours as an afternoon visit seems to attract more visitors than is humanly possible and with heat and humidity what would normally be excellent becomes good.Regards Kevin and Rosalba Goldsworthy
