Review Time
Just returned from touring Spanish Cities over 3 weeks on the Spain In Depth tour. The size of the group, 16, made it easy to bond over the trip and much fun was had. We had two main criticisms of the tour:1: every day was a new trip. Although afternoons were usually free to do our own thing, we felt that a full day to unwind at some point would have made it easier.2: although extremely knowledgeable, our tour director's organisation sometimes detracted from the experiences. On more than one occasion we set off on what was supposed to be a 10 minute walk only to find that it took 35 minutes. The pre trip information was helpful in that it warned that you needed to be able to walk some distance, but even so we found the going tough on some days eg the stairs followed by a cobblestone steep uphill trek to Arcos De La Frontera just for a cup of coffee! Would think twice before doing another tour.

Treasures of Sicily. Tour was disappointing. It did not deliver what was promised. Hotel changed and could not visit Taormina. Mt Etna tour was limited and didn’t get to do the chairlift or do the longer walk. Loved my time in Ragusa and Marsala. I feel the tour was not up to the usual Bunnick standard and lack of communication impacted general satisfaction.
