Bunnik is generally a great company to deal with and we love their travel itineraries and smaller groups. Email responses to questions are always answered promptly, and the staff co-operate with each other to give advice and information from first hand experiences where possible.Our only gripe is the 'all inclusive tipping' which sounds like a great idea, but is never 'all inclusive'. The paperwork for our upcoming Jewels of Dalmatia trip specifies that not all tipping is included and give examples (eg: housekeeping, restaurants). As a lot of meals are not included in our tour we asked for suggestions on how much EURO to take for meals and tipping. The response was that 'tipping is included', but that is obviously not the case.
The whole booking process has been very smooth. We were in contact with our booking representative (Kathy) when needed via email or phone. We were given plenty of information along the way and received email prompts re payment periods. We are really looking forward to the tour!
The support provide to us by Bunnik Tours was exceptional. Nothing was every too hard or difficult.Lucky kept us updated and always checked in with us.Like the tips provided, but maybe expand on a budget costing scenario for out of pocket expenses during the trip.Loved the luggage strap and tags, that was a lovely thought!Now looking forward to the adventure!
