Everything was great. The initial booking was a breeze, as the Travel Consultant handled our queries and seating changes quickly and efficiently. Our three local Guides (Sahesar, Mia and Merkourios) were as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as you could hope for. When unforeseeable issues arose (illness, a hotel cancelling our booking etc), our guides (and Bunnik back home) responded and adjusted the tour as was needed. Summarizing: very professional, whilst still being very personal.
Our Bunnik consultant has been Kalum. He was extremely helpful in answering my many questions, arranging various bookings for me (like flights and airport transfers), and in facilitating our second tour with a 2 night stopover in Dubrovnik. I have had many questions since my initial booking, and Kalum (or his co-workers) have been there every step of the way to assist me. The tours I've booked look amazing and I can't wait to start.
