Review Time
I have just returned from Bunnik's South American Explorer tour. It was truly amazing! The tour was full on, and we had too many incredible experiences to name. Our tour manager was outstanding and all local guides excellent. When there were issues with getting to Machu Picchu, the Bunnik and local teams worked so hard to get us there and set up wonderful alternate activities to keep us busy till we finally left on the train - yes we made it. This was a tour of a lifetime for me and it certainly exceeded expectations.
As always Paul is super efficient and helpful, always ready to answer any query from the smallest to detailed changes in bookings. He is always cheerful and upbeat and follows up emails very promptly. He is most knowledgeable about the Bunnik products. Bunniks make travelling easy.
Erandi answered my questions clearly. I had had an issue on a previous tour. She presented the situation for the upcoming tour and (hopefully) it will not occur.I was kept informed about a few minor changes. The step by step process was calm and clear.
Our travel representative, Jess has been very helpful in solving additional tasks presented to her. She has maintained an effective line of communication via phone and email that meant that our questions and requests were dealt with promptly.
