Excellent Customer Service

I initially had difficulty securing a single allocation for this trip; however, Senumi was exceptional in keeping me informed throughout the process.Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with cancer recently and was uncertain whether I would be able to travel. The email I received from Senumi was truly heartwarming and showed genuine care and compassion.After my oncologist encouraged me to proceed with the trip and undergo surgery upon my return, I felt reassured and excited to travel.I was absolutely thrilled with the outstanding customer service provided by Bunnik Tours (Senumi). Her professionalism, empathy, and support made a challenging time much easier.

So supportive!

10 days and we will be on our first organised tour (we always travel independently).Senumi is our booking support person and from the very beginning, we have been treated as though we are her only clients! Very personal and supportive always. Prompt replies to my many questions. Senumi would be a valued employee of Bunniks!
