Bunnings is generally pretty good and I can almost always find someone to help.
They are also extremely good with refunding if the things doesn't meet with expectations or is bust.
I get fed up with the whinging gits who complain about dogs being allowed: they cause far less problems than the whinging gits who probably have first on their feet and f a r t when they walk by.
Ban them rather than dogs.
I bought an Earls so called rotten wood sealer two days ago. Doesn't work for my rotten wood: brother's did work fine. I'm taking it back tomorrow: threw away the receipt stupidly but I bet they'll refund.
Snooks to all you complainers.
Unfortunately, Bunnings are at it again...items states as available online but none in stock in store.
Today, at Bunnings Mittagong, items were showing as available in Bay 15 Aisle 30...there is no such Bay, and on querying this with staff, they advised that the item was NOT in stock - no acknowledgement of their non-existent "Bay 15". Again, looking up another item, it was stated to be in Bay 15, Aisle 15...again, no such Bay! The item was found in Aisle 16!!
Last week, I looked up items for another store, there were only two stores across the whole of NSW stating they had the item in stock. We drove to one of them, Bellambi, an hour drive away, only to arrive and be advised that website stock is not reliable and that they did not have the item in stock and that I "should have called first"!!
What is the point of having the website and it advising where stock can be found??? I am sooo disappointed in Bunnings Customer Service. I have watched staff become more and more grumpy and unhelpful over the years and I've no doubt it's due to them having to serve disgruntled customers who can no longer hold in their frustrations!!!!! Bunnings URGENTLY needs some competition!!
I placed an order online for $10 and paid a $15 delivery fee to have it delivered the same day, hoping to receive it before the holiday. Unfortunately, it did not arrive that day or the following day. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that it was packed and ready but forgot to deliver it, with no apology offered. As of January 3rd, I still haven't received my order. I strongly advise against ordering anything online or using this service, as they seem indifferent to customer satisfaction.
I reached out to customer support via email, including screenshots and all necessary details. After one follow-up and a wait of two months, I still have not received a reply. I did receive an automated response, confirming that my inquiry was received.
I was not at my usual store but stopped by while driving home, needing a drill bit. I wanted a masonry drill bit for an 8 mm by 45 mm dynabolt. I had purchased two packs months ago but hadn't used them yet. The staff member checked the dynabolt and sized the drill bit incorrectly, suggesting one that was too small. Additionally, the drill I bought only managed to make one hole in a brick before failing.
I am still waiting for an estimated time of arrival for a crucial tool needed for my dripper feed system. When I asked about its availability, the support team suggested checking another store. Recommending a one-hour return trip is not a good customer service approach. It's frustrating and makes online shopping seem more appealing.
I am still waiting for an estimated arrival time for a common $8 poly punch tool essential for my dripper feed system. When I asked the trade desk about it, they suggested getting it from another store, implying a one-hour round trip as their solution. It would be more sensible for the staff to collect it themselves. This kind of service is disappointing and makes online shopping more appealing.
I had a wonderful experience selecting paint with the help of a staff member from the paint section. Despite how busy it can get, I felt very supported and satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend this assistance to anyone undertaking a painting project.
