Prices are good. But customer service is awesome! Everything shipped out immediately and arrived early. But…. I sold the car the day before my parts got here. They paid shipping back, no crazy restocking fee. Promptly issued a refund. Best company I’ve done business with.

Worst online store to date

After sending me the wrong part multiple times they had the nerve to try to hit me with a restock fee. Wow this place is bottom of the Barrell . Warning don't order unless you have weeks to wait for parts

I ordered two things I looked twice at…

I ordered two things I looked twice at the order and it was correct. The next day I had a feeling that something was wrong. So I called customer service and asked if what I ordered was for a 2019 Jeep compass limited she said let me look she came back and no, these are not for a 2019.So I asked her to cancel order and refund my money. She said even though it hasn't shipped you have to receive the order then return it then we can refund your money.I will never buy any parts from here ever again.

Sent the rong part 2nd day. I payed for faster shipping as I needed my part. Very poor response from customer service. Not sure about the parts quality as I ended up ordering from another store. Probably will not use these folks again

A/C compressor kit and condenser nightmare!

I purchased a A/C compressor kit, and condenser for a 2017 GMC Canyon using BuyAutoParts.com guide for vehicle fit. Neither the A/C compressor nor the condenser fit as stated. The A/C compressor bolted up properly, but the electrical connections were turned in different positions and would not permit a connection. After calling customer support and explaining this to a representative, where I was told to just spice in the connectors with extra wire to fit! Well, I did not purchase the items expecting that it would require also require fabrication for both the compressor and condenser to try and make it them work. The representative did however concede to refund all monies for the purchase of inferior products made in China. If a company is going to sell a product they need to make sure that the guide they have on there website is correct for vehicle fit. I wasted a lot of time and money returning products and reordering from another online vendor with much better results.

Great customer service. I was able to talk to a real person to make sure the rebuilt Saginaw power steering box I needed contained everything I required for a custom 4WD off-road project. I received it in three days and it was the exact steering box I had required to meet all my specifications.

I purchased a rack and pinion from B.A.P...dont do it

I purchased a rack and pinion from B.A.P and it almost killed me. One inner tie rod snapped on my going 40 miles per hour and I lost control of the car, for thats what happens when a tie rob breaks. I asked them for a refund, they cant do that till they get the old entire rack and pinion returned. I told BAP that returning the rack is not a option, so they told me to return the broken tie rod end and there send me another rack and pinion...thus doubling my chances of dying from another catastrophic failure. Customer service says they have u to a 2% failure rate on there racks...2% is insanely a huge number when it comes to a safety part .I work for a automotive supplier and we can only have 1 pcs per million that's defective that's 0.000001%...B.A.P can supply there victims a 2% defective rate....
