Don't waste your time reporting to any US authorities –USA is a wild and thieving country these days, like Nicaragua, Russia, or North Korea. But a complaint to a supervisory authority in Europe and Ireland must be considered. My money was stolen, and I no longer expect to ever receive it. Stay as far away from these bastards as you can.
