Extremely unsatisfactory experience. Items went missing from my package, and even after several efforts to reach out to the delivery service, I received no replies whatsoever. The absence of accountability and communication is intolerable. I cannot endorse this delivery service.
This is such a shitty delivery service, they really are the worst. I literally sent a package to a customer using their services only for them to deliver the wrong package & then instead of trying to resolve the issue they tell me how their packages are sealed and there is no way that the package could’ve been delivered to the wrong address. When I spoke to their driver who delivered the package he actually told me that it’s could be possible that they have scanned the wrong address on the package. Something they failed to mention to me which could resolve the problem but I instead they want to make it seem as though something like this cannot possibly happen & that they want to do an investigation on the which will take days until they resolve this issue.No accountability at all and this guy I was on a phone call with called Jaque froAlberton branch was the worst, he had an attitude when I was speaking to him on the call, no assistance at all.
My first time using Pudo. Used the Town Square drop off point in Roodepoort,JHB on 16 Nov. Dropped off at 7pm on a Sunday. My package was delivered at 13h00 on 18 Nov, in Cape Town. I chose the Locker to Door option. Less than 2 days without a overnight express payment in extremely impressive. I was extremely worried as I thought that the packages are collected and put into a slip bag that is sealed. I also didn't label the bag. Made contact with them via whattsapp and email and got responses almost immediately to say they would label the package for me. Lesson learnt for the next time. Will definitely be using only Pudo going forward.
⭐ 1/5 – Absolutely Terrible ServiceI’ve been trying for **over a week** to drop off a parcel at a Pudo locker and **every single day the lockers are full**. It’s honestly ridiculous. I’ve had to **buy new waybills multiple times** because I can’t send the package, and that is completely unacceptable.What’s the point of a “convenient” locker service if you can *never* actually use it? The system clearly isn’t managed properly and there’s zero reliability.I would **NOT recommend Pudo to anyone**. Huge waste of time and money.
I am so disappointed in PUDO - I have contacted their customer service and with no help i keep on telling the same story. Its a concern that my parcel gets cancelled and gets booked by someone i dont know to a location i dont know, when i call to ask why is my booking cancelled i am told the driver collected and scanned the wrong parcel to go to Randfontein Depot and my parcel is booked to go to QueensTown??? I tell them that nope that parcel i did not cancel it must go to Empangeni i am told to pay for the parcel.... how do i pay again for the parcel if this is not my fault.... Vaal Kiosk and Randfontein Kiosk do not want to assist and fix their issues. Customers services cant even help me.... This is a bad and concerning.
I frequently encounter problems with the TCG IT department, and today is no exception. I am unable to make a booking because the new app fails to recognize my previous reservation. I am wasting valuable time trying to use both the app and the website, and it’s unacceptable that there is no one available in the chat to assist me. This is completely frustrating, and the IT department needs to address these ongoing issues immediately.
Now that COURIER GUY has taken over they have also changed the app and increased the prices!Courier Guy thought they could improve on the PUDO APP WHICH THEY DIDN'T!!! the new app is confusing the locker locator doesn't work and if Ur not careful u end up sending the package somewhere u didn't intend to!!! Like where u dropped the package off!!!
PUDO is broken. The once easy-to-use service has been turned into a disaster. The web portal is complex and selections do not work. If you do progress to the point of booking a parcel, you have to guess where you can find an open locker. This while PUDO knows exactly where all the open lockers are. Seemingly problematic to share this info with customers!!! This is what you get if an idiot improves a working solution.
Again with the changes,this is not user friendly,just create 1 platform where you can do everything !book ,track ,complain,thats affecting customers to strugle to log in,and to be able to book,a locker,this,changes affects a lot if customers,and the fact that there is no customer service,to get help,it takes forever to get assistance,and thd fact that youre procedure is costing customers,money that you refuse to pay back its stealing.youre company are thieves ,no incentives on the amount of packages seng no free deliveries,no discount,and no complaints platform to be assisted on
