I love the ability to try new gear without going through the atrocious loss involved with constant buying and selling gear. This company is a great option for musicians who just want to try gear for themselves! I’ve been using them for almost 2 years.

Had an issue with my monthly payment, but the company owner Dave reached out to me personally. And even through all my frustration. He worked with me and was able to get everything resolved. So I will say they have great customer service!!! Aside from that the equipment is great! I love my mic I'm currently borrowing I can't wait to purchase it!
Having dealt with gear rental providers local to Austin I have a prospective on the overall takeaway that the experience can in some cases be not only a hassle with some of the providers, but also an obstacle course of red tape to just utilize the service. And the team has your satisfaction in mind, I put in to borrow for a piece of gear that got delayed by the carrier and the team reached out as soon as they bad become aware of the issue and made sure I had a piece of gear from my list on the way so I wouldn't be left in the lurch for any reason. BuyOrBorrow has been absolutely fantastic. I was able to get used to a SP 404 before deciding on purchasing. Great way to test stuff before dropping the big bucks. Highly recommended to any musician. Great customer service too. Cancel some TV subscriptions and go with this instead.
