Not only is the actual insurance a great idea and good value, if you have to leave for any reason support is great too, and fast in getting you any refund you may be owed plus your no claims certificate (without even having to ask).
I have just received my renewal notice from ByMiles and will be accepting the invitation to renew accordingly. Not only is the cover very competitive but the level of cover is also excellent. If and when I have had to contact ByMiles for any query, their response time exceeds all expectations and their customer service is of a level that not only other insurance providers or brokers should aspire to, but also any industry involved with customer service. They excel in every way and I am delighted to be renewing with them for my third year as one of their customers. Well done ByMiles and thanks!
This company is so unfair, they will rob you, they will not answer calls or emails and they will gas light you. Don’t do it. It’s really not worth it. And don’t believe their estates. Their staff, if you can get through to them, are very rude.
This is a very poor quality service. If you’re miles tracker on a not working as it should, if you do not get it sorted you get your insurance cancelled. If you do no return the tracker they take £50 off your card. I am now with the AA car insurance. Actually worked out cheaper and the fee up front was half than by miles. I strongly recommend you go with a more reputable car insurance company.
