I am hoping that By Miles will do as they say and refund me any overpayment due at the end of my contract. I really like the idea of paying for the miles i drive in the year of my policy. I'm disappointed that my insurance will not be renewed when it is due. Other than that I have had no problems being insured with By Miles.
By Miles are an excellent company and it's a shame they're ending. I had good value car insurance with them for a couple of years and the customer service and ease of use with the app etc was excellent. For my upcoming renewal I've found another cheaper insurer, however their 5 emails later, confirmation instructions which go round in circles, and general clunkiness of their technical side highlight the superior service of By Miles.
